In January of 2016, I began a journey to protect and hold space for myself, grow, mourn and develop my life after our tremendous loss. I had many misconceptions about grieving and the process but I stayed present for the arduous experience and voraciously learned all I could about positive psychology, meditation, exploration and living in the present. It was much longer than I wished it would be but I can say with confidence that I lived fully during all the transitions, triggers, disappointments and heartaches. At seven years, I still am.
For two years, I have been a Keeper of Hope and Light for Young Widows and Widowers.
When I was in the depths of my loneliness, I held myself because there was no one else to hold me. I reached deep into my toolbox of positive psychology to help me get through the sleepless nights and long endless days. I am here for you so you do not have to walk this path alone and without hope.
The above practices are intimately woven into my being.
Together we will uncover habits that work for you and walk the journey together to weave them into your life.
I'm honored to work with you and assure you throughout the journey.
